Roof	Metalcraft Zincalume T-Rib.
Ceiling Batterns	Timber ceiling batterns.
Windows & Doors	Double glazed aluminium joinery with clear glass, obscure glass for toilet/bathroom, standard powder-coated colour range.
Exterior Cladding	Ply and battern.
Foundations	This Kitset is designed to go on to existing concrete floor slab, based on good ground as set by NZBC 3604. Supplied and installed by others. We also have option for sub floor and piles as Kitset at extra cost.
Exclusions	Any building and / or resource consent fees, including council fees for permits, Engineer or Geotec reports that maybe required etc. Concrete or timber ground floor, general fixings, plumbing, insulation, electrical, gib and stopping and decorating materials, kitchen and bathroom fittings, floor coverings – carpet, vinyl, drapes etc. No verandah or decking included.
